Ahana Nutrition Biotin Review

Hey babes!!

Who doesn’t want freaking awesome hair, skin, and nails?

I know I do!!

This blog post is sponsored by Ahana Nutrition. They are a company that provides Natural Vitamin and Supplements using high quality ingredients made in the USA.

For this blog post I am reviewing Ahana Nutrition’s Biotin!

For those that aren’t aware, biotin aids in clearing skin and strengthening hair and nails. On top of that, it also supports healthy metabolism, cardiovascular health, and brain function (no wonder I’ve been staying on track with my meditations!) How does Biotin do that? By bringing oxygen back into our cells!

The reason why I decided to review their biotin is simple, really. I wanted to improve the quality of my hair.

My hair has had some history.. For starters, I’ve been growing it out since 2014. Besides the length, my hair has had multiple proccesses done to it: box dyes, highlights, full salon color, bleaching, and more color.

My last session was actually in 2017 when I had my hair bleached and dyed..

I enjoyed it and I truly love having lighter hair, however, I had to deal with the downside: fried, stiff, easily tangled hair. This was something I have never experienced before when it comes to hair– It had me keeping my hair in a ponytail or bun when it isn’t freshly washed.

I’m sure a lot of other factors caused it including stress and not knowing how to properly maintain dyed hair. Eventually, I could not take it anymore and decided to go on a journey to heal my hair.

I’ve tried all kinds of methods and shampoos, nothing helped. I was almost contemplating of chopping it off…

Alas, Ahana Nutrition and I decided to collaborate and I saw I had the chance to try the Biotin. I went with it right away.
Packaging: The packaging is simple, straight forward and provides all the information you need. It has 10,000 MCG Biotin and has 60 caps total which is a 2 month supply.

Ingredients: literally 5 things! Active ingredients include Biotin and Calicum. Inactive Ingredients are: Cellulose (Veggie Capsule), Rice Flour, and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable)

Being able to count the ingredients in one hand, and have no problem reading it – major plus as we don’t want unnecessary fillers.
Price point: A bottle of 60 caps costs $39.99 (Currently on sale for $29.99!) That’s about $.66 cents a day for healthier skin, hair, and nails 🙂

The verdict: Yes, yes, and YES!
A month in and I’ve noticed wonderful changes already! My nails that normally chip are stronger and not easily bent. I’ve also gotten plenty of compliments regarding my hair! I’ve had people actually think I did something with it when I haven’t done anything in a year! (Not including hair trims, ofcourse 🙂 ) as for my skin, I still love it! I haven’t been wearing foundation for over a year and the biotin def helps keep it clear and fresh. There are plenty of days I feel great waking up in the am just because my bare face feels so fresh.

This Biotin from Ahana Nutrition is so awesome that I am away giving away a bottle to a lucky gal!

Pretty simple – head over to my Instagram post to see the rules and qualifications.

  2. Your hair looks so healthy and full! I agree, healthy hair comes from the inside as well as out. I need to look into this supplement! I know I’m definitely not eating everything healthy and as a mom it’s really hard to focus on myself. I’ve recently started doing better about that. Thanks for taking the time to do this review – it really helps everyone out!

  3. Interesting, thanks for sharing! I’ve honestly never tried biotin and never thought about it. My hair is pretty healthy as is, but it’s definitely something to look into for the future!

  5. That’s great you found a nice product that helps with skin and nail care. I will have to show this to my daughter. She would be interested as she is interested in various skin care products.
