Motivated March: This Month on LAKATWOMAN

Hey Badass Babes!

I honestly have nooo idea why I can’t seem to finish writing blog posts! The past 2 months have been incredible in terms of momentum but I definitely have fallen behind on the blog.

If you have been following LAKATWOMAN since the year began, you will know that I emphasized the importance of DEVELOPING GOOD habits for a great lifestyle.

We did this by starting the year off with a 7-Day Plant-based food and fitness challenge. In addition, I also gave you guys 10 little things you can do EVERYDAY to stay healthy.

January Highlight: I got to meet and interview Tone It Up Founders K and K

As February rolled, I wanted to continue the energy we had in developing good habits. I started the month off by hosting a LIVE event over facebook showing a BADASS 10 minute workout using the moves YOU GUYS voted for on my page. This month’s highlight is the relaunch of my FREE WORKOUT WEDNESDAY!

I released 3 workout videos in March: A Quick Valentine Burnout, a Quick Morning Yoga Routine, and a Badass Bodyweight Circuit! The videos are all ONLY a minute long so go ahead and watch as it may just inspire your next workout! πŸ™‚

And alas, we are in March. πŸ™

The focus this month is finding balance as we continue to instill healthy habits in our life. I am calling this Motivated March as a reminder that WE hold the key in living the life we want.

With that, I am SO happy to share what I have instore for you as you continue to allow me to help you get fit while you take care of daily responsibilities and work on your dreams!

  • NEW WORKOUT SERIES: Less Than 15 Minute Workouts – all Free Workout Wednesday videos this month (total of 4) will be under this series. These workouts are short but challenging for all levels. A perfect way to slowly ease fitness back into your lifestyle.
  • Blog post: How To Workout In 10 minutes – a step by step guide on how you can utilize 10 minutes to get a killer workout + bonus: a video replay of my LIVE 10 minute workout using moves YOU voted for!
  • Blog post: How to Enjoy Eating Healthy while eating out – More than just having salads!
  • Blog post: This month’s Los Angeles adventure – balancing some fun as you trust this process called life
