I know it has been a LONG time and I did miss being here but I must say, the break was worth it.
I’ve had quite an adventure since being gone: did more yoga, met awesome people, explored the city more, found a mentor, and took steps outside of my comfort zone.
Another defining moment for me this 2017 was hosting a few fitness classes. It served as a trial run for me and allowed me to have a better idea on what to do next time. Certainly looking forward to my classes for 2018! I had an awesome group of ladies who originated from different parts of the world!
As for 2018, I have awesome stuff in the works for you all, starting with this:
On January 1, I am launching a 7-Day Challenge with Madison from MadlyOrganic! Our goal is to help you get back (or to) a healthy routine with ease. Meaning, the daily challenge will be easy enough to do that implementing them everyday won’t be a burden. Given, it will still need your dedication! My #FWW (Free Workout Wednesdays) will re-launch shortly after the 7-Day Challenge so watch out! 🙂 Meanwhile, you can still view my previous videos HERE.
#SelfCareSunday is still ongoing here on the blog every last Sunday of the month. This is the section of my blog that will most likely cover my adventures here in Los Angeles 🙂

im actually getting back into fitness and im so so excited! i recently had a knee reconstruction so im limited with movements but im slowly but surely getting back! im doing stationary bikes at the moment but hope to increase ore activities soon!

Congratulations! May you continue to fully heal and get stronger. Stationary bikes is one of my fave cardio machines! Easy in the knees and gets it done. All the best.

This 7-Day Challenge is something I think I will have to try. It is so easy to eat more then you should during the holidays. I will need something to kick start my routine again.

I am on my weight loss plan and I think it’s a great 7 days challenge. I am gonna try this for sure. I think everyone should go for this.

Yoga is definitely my go-to when it comes to fitness! Although, I’ve been wanting to try kickboxing but haven’t had the time maybe I will in 2018.

Motivating post! Kickbox gets my son’s attention lately. Great pics! I am a yoga person. I also love walking. No matter if it’s rainy, sunny exc.

Lakatwoman I really need to take you up on that 7 day challenge. I have fallen off the wagon because of back injury followed by ankle injury. I need to get back on my healthy routine. Thanks for the motivation.
